Tijden veranderen snel en als ondernemer wilt u niet achterblijven. Belangrijk is het dan ook om uw producten, diensten en processen continu te verbeteren om zo de tevredenheid van uw klanten te verhogen. Bovendien vraagt de klant een steeds hogere kwaliteit van uw producten en om die kwaliteit aan te kunnen tonen. Kwaliteitsmanagement kan hierbij helpen. Het besteedt nl. aandacht aan het gehele proces van de eisen en wensen die de klant heeft m.b.t. uw product of dienst tot aan het leveren ervan. Daarnaast kan de stap naar een (gecertificeerd) kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem voortkomen uit een noodzaak (eis van de klant) of een aanleiding, zoals een toename van uw klachten of een te lage efficiency van uw organisatie. Ook kunt u beter inspelen op de wensen en behoeften van uw stakeholders en de kansen en bedreigingen voor uw organisatie.

In samenwerking met de opdrachtgever zoeken we naar de best passende systematiek om een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem op te zetten en te implementeren zonder dat het een papieren tijger wordt. Kwaliteitsmanagement wordt nl. al gauw geassocieerd met bureaucratie en een papierwinkel. Wellicht kent u vanuit het verleden nog de dikke handboeken die verplicht waren bij de 2008 versie van de norm. De 2015 versie van de ISO 9001 kent echter geen verplichting meer van handboeken. De nadruk ligt op het meten en het continue verbeteren van de resultaten van uw organisatie. Het vraagt een grotere betrokkenheid van de directie en het management bij het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem door de grotere focus op stakeholders en risicomanagement. Kwaliteitsmanagement is nu een middel om beter in te kunnen spelen op de wensen en behoeften van uw stakeholders en op de kansen en bedreigingen van uw organisatie.

Van de start van het ISO 9001 project tot de uiteindelijke ISO-certificering begeleid ik de organisatie met het doorlopen van een aantal stappen: van een nulmeting om de huidige situatie binnen de organisatie t.o.v. de eisen, zoals gesteld in de ISO-9001 norm, het vaststellen van de projectteams tot aan de implementatie en indien gewenst tot aan de certificering.
Met de implementatie van het kwaliteitssysteem en na het behalen van het certificaat bent u er nog niet. Het onderhouden van het kwaliteitssysteem is een belangrijke voorwaarde om alle inspanningen niet voor niets te laten zijn geweest. Immers, een organisatie verandert regelmatig en een kwaliteitssysteem moet zo zijn gemaakt dat het mee verandert. Ook daar kan ik uw organisatie bij begeleiden.
